Poor location, smelly, not clean, graffiti on the bathroom countertop, staff not helpful or available when needed. Checked out one day early and the staff assured us we would get a refund for leaving early but when we checked out there was no staff at front desk and we were forced to leave our key under the window at front desk and now we are having trouble getting our refund. Very disappointed in Booking.com!
