I checked-in and discovered that the room is crowded with cockroaches. It was impossible to stay. So I cancelled the reservation at reception and asked for refund. Property personnel approved the refund and informed me that the refund goes to Booking.com and I should call Booking and arrange the refund. I called Booking.com support and the representative told me that they are reaching out to the property to confirm the refund.
After more than a week of waiting I was told by Booking.com representative that hotel ignores all communication attempts and not responding regarding refund. The hotel is not only the worst place I've ever stayed but also experienced liars.

Positives:
Room was dirty, A mix of old and new furniture old one were broken worn-out. Complaints about bugs and roaches. The place looks pretty tierd, for sure it needs work to it. Staff try their best, if top management doesn't give then the right tools.
