Facilities were very dirty. We called the staff since the first day to clean the room. We got two apartments, and the stove was dirty. There was a piece of wood with nails under one of the beds. We stayed from the 15 to the 20 of November, and our towels for the bathroom were never changed, even after we asked multiple times. Even the couch and ottoman were full of sand and dust, I dont think they cleaned between different guestes. Staff kept ignoring us, and they said that they couldn't clean the room because there was a dog inside (our room was empty, they just forgot probably). There was not even a broom in any of the two apartments or basic things to clean, like a sponge for the sink, etc. We called the Facilities and also went in person multiple times to the main office to point out the situation to them. They kept "promising" the room would be serviced, but of course, they didn't. The last day at the checkout we spoke with the manager and told about the complain and the situation: she said that she could do anything about and she didn't know about the situation, we should have look for her before! I really feel like they steal our money (again, we got two different apartaments). Worst facility ever saw, and for sure, I do not advise anyone to go there.

The room was perfect. The location was perfect. One block away from the beach. 10/15 mins from everything. I ended up extending my stay 3 times ! I couldn't leave! I had a suite with full on kitchen stove fridge everything . The staff was amazing nice . Even the young man with the strong accent. Loved him too bad I couldnt get his name !

It was near the beach, it was clean, comfortable, and had what I need in the kitchen. The staff replaced the toaster that initially works but after got stuck with no problem. The staff were very busy but helpful.
Negatives:
I heard a Noice from an air a conditioning or transformer unit outside of my room that wake me a couple times. No sure what it was and if it was part of the facility because it came from outside but it wakes me up. Everything else was fine.
