Still now they are taking money from my account although I have paid in full for the original amount! and it is almost impossible to speak to any of them or to have the Hemorrhaging of money!

Two days after I checked out my card was charged and amount from the hotel without my permission and they haven’t informed me which has unacceptable, and so many unreasonable charges when checking out as well, even though this made the experience of the hotel from a 10 to 4

That pool was only allowed to be used for 15 minutes. And I did not like $25 daily fee. I did not know what to use my $25 credit for and ended up losing it.
