My hot water was not functional. Staff was not accommodating after sending someone to unsuccessfully correct the issue. Supervisor asked if we could wait longer for it to work had to insist on another room. Also said they were sold out.... untrue.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious with a living room area and had 2 large screen televisions. The evening reception was a very nice addition with 2 drinks and lite bites. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location wasn't very good. There were no restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel provided a free shuttle within a 3 mile radius. I was able to go to Target and Burger King.

We just got off cruise and wanted to relax. No rooms were cleaned but was given the opportunity to check in early and receive first room when available. We were in at 11am. Small fee but excellent customer service.

Room received was large and comfortable. Clean,No bugs. And staff friendly and helpful. They hold bags if you arrive early and give you access to pool to wait.

If your room became available before noon and you wanted it early there is a charge of $75. After noon to 3 $50 extra charge. Hang at the pool its free. You can always sit in the atrium have drinks or a meal for charge.

The hotel room was very clean. Room was large and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was terrible! Food was cold and old! Coffee was luke warm!!! Need to fix this!

Front desk gave drink coupons for free drinks at their happy hour from 530 to 730 which were good time but the drinks were terrible! There was only 2 drinks to choose from and only one choice in beer. The food was old celery and stale chips.
