Staff were not helpful or friendly at all. I enquired about the jetskiing place that they partner with which is advertised on their website and the women at the front desk said they don’t do that? Rooms do not get cleaned till the 4th day of your stay and they didn’t even do it then, I had to call 3 times and they sent someone the next day. When the room was finally cleaned it didn’t even look like it was. Because of the price I was very disappointed and would not stay here again which is a shame as it’s a very beautiful hotel.

The house keeping, rarely showed up to our unit. We were there for a whole week. Ran out of paper, and paper towels. When they came they didn't replace either so we had to call. Then they took out the trash one time and said they have no more trash bags. So we just didn't have a trash bad in the unit I paid 4k for. Everything else other than the housekeeping was great tho. I would go back.

Customer service was terrible. In the King style studio room the bed is only about 4 inches from wall so unless you are very skinny or flexible you have to crawl over your bed mate to get out of the bed. We tried to change rooms and they wanted to charge $291 per night to move us. Would have been a bigger room but not as good of a view. There was no trying to help solve the problem. My husband slept on the hideaway bed both nights! Waited at Valet for over 1/2 hour every time we asked for our car even though we had given them the 15 minute request time before leaving the room ( so 45 min total). 2 out of three times we had to remind them we were waiting for the car. Wanted to book a boat trip at concierge but they had no information. They take your name and number and someone texts you. They took 1 ½ and by then we had made other arrangements. This is only 3 examples of the poor service at this hotel. For a 4 star hotel, it was one star service.

This is hands down the best hotel I've ever booked. The room was great. It has a full kitchen with dishwasher, Stove, Fridge and microwave. Really impressive. To our surprise, it even had a Laundry machine for washing and drying. First time I ever see that in a hotel room.
The 2 best things was the gorgeous view from the 39th floor and the super comfortable bed. The bed was soooo good I want to buy one now.
I also like that the elevator only take you to your floor and pool area. It's more secure that way.
