I’m not recommending to stay...

The location was the best thing about this hotel.
Negatives:
The room was fairly clean but not great. We had a very poor experience with a cleaner as she wanted to come in and clean at 545 pm as we were getting ready for dinner and she was very rude to us.

Location was good esp to the pier where we had to get on the ship.
Negatives:
The shower was the poorest design esp for a person with balance issues. Unfortunately my husband fell in the shower due to the slickness of the floors and the volume of water that flowed across too large a space.

Bed was great, Excellent shower. Only had breakfast in the hotel once and it was nice but small. Valet parking staff were fantastic as were front reception staff. Valet parking is expensive at $43 per night and can get very busy. Great location and good hotel for price.
Negatives:
The table and chairs in the bedroom were a little awkward especially if you needed to work. Had to follow up with housekeeping to get a full service room clean after 5 days.

It is very expensive. The room has nothing but bed. Almost empty. They do not provide simple things like slippers. They gave me bedroom beside the pool, could not take 2 mins nap because of all the music in the background!
I called the front desk asking if I can get more laundry bags, I had to call five times until they brought!
