Positives:
Starbucks on premise, water taxi to park, nice restaurant for dinner, and take away food for nights when the gang was exhausted. The rooms were a good size and the staff were super friendly. When the construction is completed I think this will be an excellent resort.
Negatives:
Many things in the room were broken - lamp shade, curtains, shower curtain - and as a result the room looked worn. The construction on site was disappointing, it didn’t feel safe at night walking through scaffolding, especially as I was traveling with a group of young women. Other guests reported plastic over their windows, and we woke one morning to a worker working on our windowsill looking right in at us. Would have loved an heads up on that. Overall, for the price paid, it was a poor value.

Positives:
Club room large and comfy. Food in club lounge was good. The boat to Universal was excellent. So much renovation work going on which spoilt the appearance obviously.

All the renovation work was much more than expected. For the price paid it wasn’t up to scratch.
