I thought the facility was extremely clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable and very clean! The restaurant staff in particular were very friendly and pleasant! I would like to recognize "Justin" who was my server in the restaurant on the lower level. He was "attentive", "knowledgeable", "patient", and worked with a smile :) He timed checking back with me perfectly! Not too bothersome but just enough to make me comfortable during my dinner. Please recognize his awesome service.
Negatives:
Considering my room was on the main floor. 2418 to be exact, I experienced a lot of noise in the hallway with children running around and screaming at times. I'm not sure if this is something hotels do, but I think families should be assigned to floors specifically for them. I was there for business and had moments of being very tired and couldn't really have restful moments without dealing with noisy children.

We like everything. The boat to get to the attraction, the swiming pool. the large room with two very comfortalbe beds, very large shower, and also the lagoon view. The staff was very nice and helpfull.

We arrived by plane in Orlando airport and were able to get to the hotel at 11h45pm as we already informed the hotel before our arrival. BUT... we did not like to wait around 45 minutes to be able to register at the front desk because there was a long line. There were not enough staff at the front desk. Once you are able to reach the front desk, everything was perfect, the staff is very helpfull....... Then please it could be very nice to put some more people at the front desk even after 11h pm.
