I loved the cleanliness of the facility and that you really didn't have to leave the hotel to eat, everything was right there. The upgrades were beautiful. Easy check in and check out.

The parking. The elevators are at the front of the building and the parking is about a half mile before you get to the back of the building to get access to the parking garage.

The convenince of being attached to the convention center was nice.
Negatives:
Staff came in the evening and abruptly threw everyone out. No explanation, just a 'get out'. The staff was rude and very annoyed that people were asking questions and taking a minute to gather their items. On our last morning, I got into the shower only to find out that all the water was turned off and they were not sure how long it was going to be. NO NOTICE AT ALL! The person on the phone had zero empathy and had no intentions of making it right. I had to pack everything up and go to another hotel where luckily a friend was staying to shower and brush our teeth.

Housekeeping banged 7 bells of hell on my door before 9am getting louder and louder until I answered the door. Only for her to tell me I’m checking out today!

3) teach her how to smile and at the very least be polite!
Shame, put a dampener on a lovely hotel, I’ll choose somewhere else in future
