Positives:
The young women at checkin was friendly and informative. The housekeeper for my first 3 days was friendly and provided all my family needs.
Negatives:
When arriving to my room. The soap dish was broken. Refrigerator didn’t cool. Iron board missing.water pressure low. Mildew present on grout.Most of all there was a roach infestation in the bathroom. They were coming out the electrical socket, underneath sink, behind bathroom mirror, and refrigerator. My room was moved. My room was clean but the condition was deplorable. More preventive maintenance is required. Inspection of rooms are important! I have videos of roaches if you are interested .
