Negatives: The parking spaces and parking lot is too small for the amount of traffic they had. One day I had to get in through the passenger side because a car parked too close to me and I couldn’t get in my car.

Negatives: There was homeless sleeping in the pool area, the rooms were so nasty and exposed wires were easily accessible by children. The couch was so disgusting we didn’t even want to sit on it. The damage to the entrance door was as if it had flooded and it was on the second floor. The popcorn ceiling was falling off, spray foam all over the air conditioner and so much more. We had to access the back alley to get to the room. Parking is horrible.

Negatives: My booking stated I would have a balcony and when I arrived the clerk stated the listing was incorrect.

Negatives: Business | Solo It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This place is a dump. Do not book it. Just don’t. I NEVER leave a review but I felt that I needed to even if one person reads this and decides not to stay here. Everything started when I got there to pay. I’m knew it was a mistake when I pulled in the driveway. This place is old and run down. The women who helped me check in was short with me when she charged me for 2 nights instead of 1 night. My card wouldn’t run again for the deposit. Not sure why that had to be a separate charge. She told me I would have to deal with booking.com even when I showed her the email BOOKING.com sent me about the change I had made to the reservation. Rooms All the furniture is mismatched. The two lights on the wall next to the bed don’t work. They have another lamp on the table that works: The blankets are old and ratty looking. The only good thing about the room is the bathroom. It looks updated. I took the top blanket off the bed because of all the burn holes in it. The room smelled. The ONLY reason It am here is because I couldn’t cancel after they overcharged me for the room. I originally booked thru booking.com for 2 nights. I changed it for one night. They charged for two. They said I had to take that up with booking.com. That took away 40 minutes of my life that I will never get back. Hopefully I will get that reimbursed. SMH. Just say NO! I could go on and on but hopefully you will get the point. Safety As I pulled in to park for the evening, a cop had someone pulled over into the drive way. There was a questionable drunk man in the parking lot. I sat in my car until he walked away. He made comments to me as I made it to my room and triple locked the door. Ugh! I am staying here alone. I am only here for the night because of a conference in Ormond. Noteworthy details This place is run down and the reviews that are bad are not off base. I wish I would have listened and just cancelled when I was given an opportunity
