The air conditioner was noisy and the coffee maker did not appear to be working. After 2 hours at the beach someone finally came out to take drink orders. The entire staff seemed off and not really on the ball.

It was amazing! We loved the staff and the hotel and the easy access to the beach. Unfortunately we didn’t realize the pool wasn’t ocean facing and was actually in front of the hotel. That was the only negative , everything else was amazing and so glad we stayed there

Good food, great views. Right next to some great spots. Beautiful beach and not a ton of kids. Rooms were clean and cozy.
Negatives:
I’m still waiting for a refund from the property and it’s been a number of weeks. Also the restaurant is extremely slow. Best to order asap and pay asap or you’ll be sitting for over a couple hours.

That the room was oceanfront and had a big balcony.
Negatives:
The lady working when we check in, she seemed like she didn’t understand nothing we was asking her. Would have stayed another night there but due to the fact of the front desk clerk not knowing anything and seemed very busy doing something else on her phone we stayed else where the next night. She handed us a key then said wait I need that back the person that does the rooms has messed up and put you in different room. I highly doubt we will ever stay here again.

Great location. We found all the staff that waited on us both and the restaurant and beach extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. Great views of the ocean from the restaurant. Nice clean workout area.
Negatives:
Bathroom was too small. Unsatisfied with suggestion given by person working registration desk Sunday evening. Me and my girlfriend wanted a really nice place to dine that evening and dressed well for the night. The man at the registration desk suggested we go to "Benny's on the Beach." Not exactly the place for fine dining. Crowded, dirty and loud. We ended up coming back to the resort.
