Pool side was nice, also the opening hours been very good with being able to stay in the pool area till 10pm

The room was not really clean, there have been hair in the bathroom, even after talking to the reception and asking for cleaning, the bathroom was not cleaned, overall the bathroom was not cleaned of the 3 day stay.
We booked rooms with Kingsize beds and been called on the way if the rooms could be changed to Queen-size.

Negatives:
The first room we had smelled of urine, and it was not a pet friendly room. The second room was disgustingly dirty. It was so dirty that I didn’t want to walk on the carpet with bare feet. The sofa was from the 1980s and seemed to never have been cleaned. The room stayed damp the whole time we were there and all of my clothes (even ones I didn’t wear) smell like mold because of it. This is, by far, one of the worst places I have ever stayed. They say they’re “under construction”, but there is no excuse for a room being this dirty.

Positives:
The first room we were given smelled AWFUL! It was musty, smelled of damp old cigarette smoke. The room was in VERY poor condition and was dirty. They moved us to a different room that was a little better but still smelled and felt old and dirty. By far worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
