I woke up the day of checkout and there were two German cockroaches in the bathroom my husband had to kill for me.

Hotel employee was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. She went above and beyond to meet all of my needs. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown St Augustine and it was a very pleasant stay

Close to the city where you can walk to the sights. 24/7 Dennys in the hotel was also convenient. If youre bringing your pet, its only a 8 minute drive from the hotel to the dog beach. Staff was super kind and very friendly.

Sketchy! Mngr lied and said she was not Manager. She has NO leadership. Maint guys were great. Homeless guy sleeping outside my door. I got pics. Said I complained too much. I said then do your job. You arent a Volunteer here. Trespassed a/cops. l

The pool was kind of dirty so we couldn't go swimming in it but it also is not quite season yet but still it should have been kept clean at

What we didn't like is in comment below. Not clean or maintained very well inside other than the linens.

You guys have awesome staff when it comes to the cleaning. They went above and beyond and you knew they cleaned well. Working as a cleaner as a side job I noticed their great work and smelled great.

It seemed the shower did not get hot enough. Which thats something I really need because I have a disease that pains my bones joints and muscles.
