Positives:
One of us lost our keys and the staff helped us search for hours! Once we finally gave up the search, they allowed us to keep our car there while we went to her U-Haul equipment to get it moved to the next town over. Very friendly and helpful people!
Negatives:
The pool closed at 11pm which was the only disappointing aspect of our stay.

Then power went out one day at no fault of theirs. When we went up front to see if there was candles or a flashlight we could borrow the guy had locked the doors and ignored us. So we sat in the dark because our phones were almost dead and we couldn’t charge them. I notified the GM and she took the employees side. She only changed her attitude when I told her we was leaving a review. She then asked why I didn’t tell her the next morning but we had left early for excursions all day. We will never stay here again. Get new employees

The property was very clean! The pool was exceptional, very large and clean! Our room even had it’s own ice maker! The only down fall was that it is a two story hotel with no elevator! Our room did not get serviced for two days which must have been a mistake! This Hotel was very comfortable and a wonderful price! The fresh baked cookies in the evening were delicious! Wonderful stay!
