The location. There was several dining options a few blocks away after I discovered Kitchen 305 was closed.

No restaurants on the premises. My key did not work. I had to go back to the front desk several times to have my key rekeyed.

The location - right on the beach, was superb! Great partial ocean view from the balcony. Very reasonably priced for the location compared to other hotels in the area.

There was insane noise on our floor until 3am. After repeated attempts to call security to quiet the unruly patrons down...it did not happen. The manager said he would credit me back some of the money but I haven't seen anything yet. Probably wont go back

A lot of hidden fees that you are not told at the beginning. Front desk staff will yes however they do not follow through.

Roaches!! Uncleanness, rude staff, unruly guest out of control and security did nothing.

The staff at the reception was very helpful. The pool manager made everything nice in the swimming pool ,the chairs were always covered , the staff was respectful and polite.it is kept very clean. The location of the hotel was great.

The rooms are old fashioned but very clean. We moved to the room with balcony with a view to the swimming pool and beach ,which helped our stay to be more enjoyable . It is a no smoking hotel sometim the smell of smoking in the hallways was very strong.

I stayed on floor 11 with a balcony and it was incredible. When I returned after my cruise I was on floor 4 with no balcony and it was completely different.

Parking was a hassle although the garage was being renovated at the time I was staying so I wouldn't put that on the hotel
