Disturbed in the middle of the night with a member of staff entering the room without invitation.
Bad cleanliness with a beer can not from our room being left there but the cleaners when I have young sons who could have drunk it.
Very bad communication from hotel not addressing the issue of the cleanliness and the serious of the situation and simply reply with it was an error in the cleaning staff. Simply not good enough.

We had to switch rooms due to our initial room having urine on the toilet seat and hair in the shower and under the covers in our bed!!! Gross. The staff never offered much to make things right, and a manager never reached out to me as I requested.
