The smells are awful it's like coming from the sink or bathtub no coverings so it smells all over the bedroom. I requested to transfer to a different room but it still had the same bad smell I suffered for 5 days, I suggest trying another hotel.

There were dead bugs around the room and my husband encountered a live one walking on his bald head. I thought the hotel was advertised as a three star so a little better than a two star but that was not the case. And I think that advisement was the fault

I booked a room. When I arrived the lobby was closed so i had no way to check in. After which i had to cancel because nobody was there to help me. Since the money was a debit transaction i was unable to book another room and couldn't stay where i reserver
