The staff and room was amazing.

The whole hotel smelled of mildew and carpets leading to room were drenched in what I could imagine was storm water. The elevator was down and really inconvenient, and to think this was a Wyndam property. This was really disappointing, that's why I only gave it 5 stars . Once they fix these issues it would have been 8.5 stars

The staff. That’s about it. I understand they had tornados a few weeks ago, but that’s enough time to clean up the outside and make it little more presentable. Not sure if they had water leaks or what but there was a smell inside, the carpets in the hallways were stained and had a smell, and the elevator made me and another guest question if we were stuck since it took approximately 30 seconds for the door to open after we stopped at our floor. The shower in the room squealed so loud anytime it was used. The only positive was the front desk, they were very nice and helped in anyway needed.

I was charged extra charges on my credit card. 2 charges totaling 79 dollars were charged. The clerk told me they would be taken off. They're still on my card.

no remote for TV Toilet seat BOLT was stripped out and was very dangerous when you sat down- no one available to fix. Fans running all nite in the hallway to dry out hall ways. No choice at all for breakfast bar AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
