Breakfast eggs to order and preparation was excellent. For use at USF Graduation, location was excellent. Right on Campus.
Room size was good and separate table/chairs couch tv living room area was good and provided quiet space to sleep in separate bed room.
Negatives:
TV continuously lost internet connection, one minute guide available, next none. Safe in room was locked on arrival and was unable to be opened by management. This was a problem in several rooms. Allegedly waiting for soft ware to overcome locking devices, but appears to be a key lock on safe for override. Hot water went off for several hours, boiler problem. Low water pressure on another day. Room service ran out of regular coffee for coffee machine. I rented what I believed to be "Premium rooms", Sister in lower non premium room appeared to have exact same features, size, and setup. Don't know what premium was, but appears to be a market strategy to get higher price for same rooms.

The location was great and the building itself was nice.
Negatives:
The trash cans were over flowing for days, the down stairs restrooms were disgusting men’s and women’s. The staff appeared short handed. Beds were wore and uncomfortable.

Very close to the college and was there for graduation .. having a breakfast and also dining for dinner and the bartender was amazing
Negatives:
No lunch option and shuttles should go farther than they do and especially an airport shuttle would be great and it was freezing cold in lobby and rooms and could not control temp in room had to shut off the ac completely to get comfortable

The staff was very nice, we did have to pay for parking and we were charged twice even though we only had 1 vehicle.
Negatives:
They probably need to get a new toaster because the fire alarm kept going off in the morning when people tried to use it and everyone had to evacuate the building.
