Between Thursday, May 30th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, May 31st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, May 31st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 31, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Negatives: I didn't check in ...I never stayed...I requested a cancellation due to the characters looting around the property and not at all what I expected or read on the property description... it also showed a pool... there was none there.... Yesterday, I noticed I was charged and I never received a response to my cancelation request made the same day I was to check in

Positives: I could tell the one lady on staff was trying her hardest and filling other people’s shifts. She was kind and let us switch our first rooms.

Negatives: First off, the rooms are NOT non-smoking. Each room we were in reeked of either cigarettes or weed. The rooms were not clean and we had to request more sheets even though we had checked we’d be using the pullout beds. One pullout bed was so nasty with crumbs and BLOOD that they couldn’t use it. Our showers had mildew all in them.

Negatives: All the outside trash was over filled, it was dead and alive cockroaches throughout my room, especially in the bathroom. Majority of the power outlets didn’t work. That two lamps didn’t work. The rags in towels had black stains all over them.

Negatives: Dirty, dingy, and smelled like cigarettes Vomit covered sheets were dragged and dumped into exterior hallway and left to bake in the Florida sun. There were people smoking and talking outside my room late into night Fortunately, I was able to change rooms around midnight but, all in all, a horrible experience
