Negatives: The staff not accommodating!! Our room, the smell Only one Hand Towel and washcloth, Bed was made with Sheet on top. I asked for lower level room because Im claustrophobic and they put us on 4th floor! We are Hilton members and breakfast not included in price!!! Which was ridiculous for one night!! This was a Terrible stay and telling the staff, they didnt care or try to help, What happened to the Hilton Garden Inn promise? Where your stay is Guaranteed!!

Positives: Breakfast available but costly. Most employees friendly but 1 front desk person totally ignored us and needs a career adjustment.

Negatives: In our 2 night stay, our room was NOT cleaned, only 1 wash cloth on arrival & only 1 set of towels without guest needing to ask for more to use 2nd day. Hotel shows signs of wear in the guest king room and certainly is below expectation for the fee.

Positives: The breakfast was good. The location was very close to attractions. The coffee and tea station in the morning was nice.

Negatives: The coffee maker in our room was broken. One treadmill at the gym was broken. I booked for four people and there were only two towels in the room. There was no USB charging port for any handhelds. We expected more, because of our good times at other Hilton properties.
