Positives:
I was allowed early check-in, with an additional fee, but that is understandable. The room was super clean. Bed was comfortable, with a heavy comforter. Water gets hot and has a lot of pressure. Breakfast was good. Cereal, pancakes, muffins, coffee and juices. Nothing fancy, but a good enough breakfast.

Late checkout policy was quiet expensive in my eyes, and compared to other hotels I've stayed out. But overall great stay.

They charged my card for an others customers room. Then tired to double charge my card for my room and when the transaction didn’t go through. I went down to speak with them. It was fixed before I checked out, but these people are a mess and it’s the computers fault not human error.
