Dated, no USB ports in the room. Restaurant staff incompetent brought wrong item, sent back still came back wrong but was hungry so accepted what was offered. Bar closed at 10pm on Friday night and 9.30pm on Saturday night?? Booking in staff failed to give us voucher for breakfast until after we were given a charge and queried it. Other guests had the same problem. Breakfast was chaotic, saw people walking out un fed. Probably not going to go back to this hotel. Shame as it could be really nice with a few changes.

There was one lady behind the counter that was very nice. And the main entry and breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The bathroom facilities were dirty, old and in need of repair. As well as the closet. The room was very disappointing. Some of the staff was rude and managers knew of the issues and never offered anything to correct. Did not offfer us a different room, we did inform them right after arriving of the issues and the next morning. Also spoke with a manager upon checking out. No one offered any compensation. Very disappointed In this property.

price for an old unrenovated hotel is extremely high. I understand, nobody takes care of those things, if people are staying in these kind of hotels, why change something. but still... i felt sad, that for this price hotel is in such a bad condition

I am so disappointed in Hilton!! This hotel was not worth what I paid. Bed was uncomfortable, carpet dirty, elevator hold on poles broke, breakfast was disgusting. Drapes dirty, and the room was not very nice. It needs to be remodeled and new bed frames ordered!! Next again will I stay there.
