Breakfast was great! The location was wonderful! I have been to many different hotels in the area since I travel a lot. This was by far the best experience. The room was clean, spacious, the bathroom exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return to this hotel. I travel to Wesley chapel almost every weekend, and I wished I stayed at the Hampton inn and suites the very first time I traveled to Wesley chapel. From this point, I will only bring my family to the Hampton inn and suites. Seeing my name on the TV screen and the welcome note put a big smile on my face. Other hotels in the area should learn customer service from the Hampton inn and suites. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

The check in around 3-4pm and the girl at counter was encredibly pleasant and helpful, the text messages from staff asking if all was to our satisfaction. The friendliness of all staff encountered.

We loved our ground floor room, near the lobby and the ice machine. We had easy access into and out of our room with it's perfect location, and could see our vehicle from our window. My husband enjoyed the breakfast, both the convenience and the food itself. The staff we encountered were all just great.

The vent fan in the bathroom needs to be working.

Asked for a room on 1st or 2nd floor. I’m not good with elevators. Didn’t have any….but on three floor. Elevator did not move when I pushed 3rd floor button. Walked stairs I’m 76 years old…wasn’t happy!
