Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. After Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Risk-free booking! Cancel before 2024-05-04 and you'll pay nothing! Any cancellation received on your check-in date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).
