The morning staff was were friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was hot and the staff quickly replaced food and kept the eating area clean.

When checking in, there was nobody at the desk. It took almost 10 minutes before someone came to counter. I even tried calling the hotel while standing there with my family, but that didnt help.

From the outside area then the room we were given, was the worse motel experience in decades. We walked up the elevator to see patched up carpets with ends lifting to a dark holes around outlets, bathroom shower floor totally peeling off, tried calling front desk no answer, then again put on hold for ever to be told no other king size room but one in the hotel and at this point I just wanted to leave. Checked out and called Booking.com right away.
