Valet parking at a rate of $45! Additional $22 hotel fee: only one bottle of water in our room and unable to use $10 credit voucher as the hotel shops/restaurant were closed when we arrived back at the hotel and checked out in the morning

They DID NOT honor the reservation I had. I had booked and prepaid for a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. Despite confirming my reservation twice before arrival and on the morning before check in, they said they didn't have my room.

Infrastructure of rooms is completely OUTDATED. Very disappointed with there being no AC unit, only a non-working vent dating back to the '60s. Room was hot/musty/stuffy. Maintenance came to recalibrate vent but room stayed hot w/temp set at 40 degrees F.
