Negatives: I had to switch rooms two times. The first time was when I checked in, the original room smelled of stale cigarettes and had a giant roach in it. The second time was because the AC stopped working (I was at work at the time) and when I came back the room was very stuffy and smelled

Negatives: Hair in the microwave, food stuck to the ceiling. Terrible experience

Negatives: I had a late arrival to this establishment. When we arrived the doors were locked and you had to use a phone outside to reach front desk, once I let them Know who I was they told me they cancelled my room because it was after 12am and nobody told them about the late arrival. I called 2 days prior to see what information I needed to know about the hotel deposits and I asked if I needed to know any other information they also never reached out at all not by text phone or email so I had to try to find another hotel in the weee hours in the morning after traveling all day I was very disappointed I also sent a message to the hotel through the app to inform them of my later arrival but they had already canceled my room at midnight

Negatives: Pics are not what I seen online and the address take u to the wrong property the address take u to ever nice property but when u get there they send u up the street to the other property which isn’t nice
