Disappointing
Positives:
Everything in my hotel room works fine. I brought my own cleaning equipment, my husband and I gave the room a full scrub and sanitizing before settling in. AC blows cold in this hot weather, spa tub runs hot water. I set up glue bug traps and they’ve stayed empty. No bed bugs. Has 3 locks in place & you get a key card to get in. Bed is comfortable & I used my own disposable sheets. Neighbors are quiet and mind their own business. The front desk lady is very nice and has been accommodating. There is a microwave & mini fridge in the room. Furniture is beat up but I don’t mind because I don’t care for luxury at this price. No mold or weird smells.
Negatives:
Breakfast only has cereal but it’s free so it’s fine. The laundry room is non functional. The younger guy working at front desk is passive aggressive. Had some trouble because I called weeks ahead of time & was told it was fine to sign in by myself despite being under 21. I got there and was denied entry. I couldn’t access anything until I drove 40 minutes to pick up my husband to have him present his military ID and license.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned the setup was a bit akward , WiFi had little to no functionality ..
The main issue for me was I didn’t find out about the $100 refundable deposit if it’s based on replacing anything that may have been damaged it should be $25 nothing is up to date and there’s no breakfast .. shower floor was extremely dirty until i stream cleaned it and removed all the grime floor got wet converting majority of the bathroom while showering , there was hair throughout the room as well as debris I swept and mopped the entire floor wipe down the counters , polished all the wood and steam cleaned the shower which made a huge difference

Positives:
It was cheap. Pics on booking.com are 1000% inaccurate. Absolutely nothing here looked like the pictures they have on booking.
Negatives:
Floors were dirty, felt sticky. No shelf or anywhere inside shower to sit shampoo/body wash bottles except on the floor. Decor was tacky. The whole place is just dreary & run down. "Breakfast" was a joke! 2 stale breakfast bars, peanut butter cheese crackers, Eggo waffles, unsealed in fridge, cream & sugar in big canisters that everyone has to dip out of.
And yes, the place was cheap. We only needed it to sleep after a concert and on our way elsewhere, so we only spent about 7 hours there, but I absolutely wouldn't have booked it if the pictures on the booking site had been real pictures of the current facilities. Pics show a "Dennys" as part of facilities, even lists restaurant on site. That Dennys sign is no longer there, and nothing is eating here except mice & roaches. Not to mention fire hazard plugs situation in room. See pics .

The property does not look anything like the pics online..it's a bait and switch. It's the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Bed was hard, furniture was old and smelly. Refrigerator didnt work and the bathroom was unusably! I will never stay there again.

The property was absolute trash . I walked into our room , trash , dirt all over the floor , a non smoking room smelled like straight smoke and dogs . The bed sheets were dirty , covered in bed bugs ,the bugs were running all over the bed, up the wall. the bathroom had dirty shoe prints all over the floor. Dry poop caked inside the toilet , pee on the toilet seats . Disgusting . Absolutely will not ever go back .
