The remote was FILTHY!!! The floor didn’t look well vacuumed. There were cheerios next to the bed from the previous person(s). There is some sort of construction company next door. Unfortunately my room had a view of all the blocks and storage. Also I was under the impression there was a pool; I didn’t see one

Customer Service was great. The lady at the front was very welcoming and nice.
Negatives:
The rooms are sub-par. The furniture, refrigerator and microwave are so old. The room was dusty and had a terrible smell.
Breakfast was not good either. The bacon and eggs were dry and not a variety of fruits, just bananas and oranges.

I booked this room for the garden tub with jets. The tub jets were disgusting and dirty, black poured out and left tub dirty. I was so disappointed. Several towels we had also were dirty with make up or stains

It was a great hotel...
Positives:
The lady at front desk was extremely helpful, she told about the hotel and offered to sign me up for rewards. I was very surprised the she was so friendly. Her name was Jane, I think. Breakfast was really good and plenty of choices. It is an older property, but very well maintained.
Negatives:
My room had heat/ cooling unit that was extremely noisy and I was told about renovations coming in the spring.
