My room didn’t have working WiFi. Then it didn’t have hot water in the shower. So I had to switch rooms. It’s a lot of kids running & playing as if it’s no adult present.

It wasn't the cleanest place I've stayed, and the kitchen lady was pretty bossy about the waffle maker. She wasn't letting anyone make their own waffles she was standing there making everyone's. People would come and see that and walk right out.

Too many things to list, but let's start with our room did not look like the pictures on Booking.com. no sofa, no updated kitchen area. And kinda dirty.
Thank goodness it was cold because the pool was closed and discussing. Even though on booking it said it was open by end of March we didn't want even to sit in the courtyard because that looked just as bad. No pots and pans or the right things needed to cook. We were supposed to get some and they never came so I borrowed some and bought a pan from walmart. We rented this type of room with a kitchen so I could cook a good meal for son who is in the Army.The towels and sheets that were supposed to be white were dinghy. You get 2 thin soap bars and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo Thank God we brought our own.. Our door was thin and damaged large space under the door the bathroom door same but also a hole on the upper corner, the curtains were broken they gave us a handicap room with a large bathroon that had a shower - no counter or hooks to hang anything and the lower peep hole was covered by a sign so a person in a wheel chair couldn't use it if they wanted to.
I asked about another room they said they were booked up for the weekend. Some Staff was nice enough but some looked and acted so rude / ghetto . I was suprised to find out that the hotel was under renovations because of hurricane damage. We rented another room and it was better looking - but still no sofa... Oh and only the bathroom had a mirror so that made it it hard for multiple people to to use it and get ready at the same time. I contacted booking and they were supposed to contact the management - we asked they never were contacted I was supposed to get some compensation for THIS room and havet heard back from anyone - I will be disputing it not worth what I paid at all.

Positives:
Hotel was decent for the price. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable! I love that pets are welcome despite me having a service dog. However, the staff on the night shift when I checked in was good but the front desk staff the next morning was horrible! Had people waiting at the desk and the clerk was sitting in the back doing nothing then finally came to the front to help. When I asked for a late check out, she said the price with a bad attitude! So, we just checked out on time (11am). I left a pair of shoes in the room. I went back to get them t 1:30 pm and the room still hadn't been clean. I would have extended my check out time but the attitude was too much. I'm a retired disabled combat veteran (which I'm sure several has stayed there due to the location) that's very respectful and I think a business staff should give the same respect when dealing with customers.

The morning front desk clerk was horrible! If I would have seen her the day I checked in, I definitely would have canceled my reservations due to her attitude.

Good location. No more than 18 minutes drive from most local attractions.
Negatives:
Rooms smell like mold. Toilet wasn't flushing so we had to ask them to send the handyman which happens to be the same employee prepping food with no gloves. Towels were so beat up that we had to go to Walmart and buy our own. Trash cans were full throughout the property at all times. Absolutely disgusting.
