BUCKLE IN BECAUSE I HAVE THINGS TO SAY AND IT’S A RIDE.
Well. For starters, immediately upon entering our room there was an odor like someone had been smoking. We had a non-smoking room. The smoke detector was covered and wrapped up in a plastic bag. Like completely wrapped up. The bed had sheets that had hair on them covering it.l, not to mention no type of mattress protector over a clearly stained mattress. There was hair in the shower and hair on the towels that were supposed to be clean. And not the hair from your head…. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and actually did fall out of the wall while we were staying there. The TV kept glitching and the picture would go in and out. There were giant stains on the couch… and The lamps did not turn on. Oh, and there was dust all over the ceiling and AC unit. I ended up feeling sick. I think that’s a short summary of everything.

Smoking on the floor that stunk so bad. Dirty towels in the room. Not enough pillows. No soap or toiletries in the room. Stains on the floor. Dirty surfaces. Very dilapidated, pictures online were completely inaccurate for the state of the hotel. Sketchy area and people around as well, not safe for a mother with 2 children. Slept in a room with 2 beds and a pull out sofa. A dirty sheet on the pull out and no bedding to dress it, and no pillows available via staff.
