I expected a much better quality from Windham. The front lobby looked like a storage room. Filled with boxes that should have been stored out of sight. The breakfast was a joke. The packaged danish were terrible. No breakfast would have been better

The toilet didnt work in first room ,second room the fan never shut off it ran all day and all night, couldnt understand the night clerk.

The breakfast was very minimal and mostly sugar-y items (i.e. pre-packaged generic pastries, sugar cereals and only strawberry yogurt). The rooms were older (our closet had a wire holding up the curtain) and the headboards had significant damage to them.

Parking was way overcrowded. The room was a disaster. I can overlook some things, but holes in the walls?! The lampshade was torn and broken. The tubs caulking was coming off. The headboard was a soft material and had worn spots. Never again!!

Horrible motel! The pillows had no pillow case covers, the bed skirt was hanging on the floor, the shower had mold all over, shower fixtures were broken, bathroom floor tiles were all cracked, floor was not vacuumed well, stomping and barking above.

Soaking wet carpet found first night by bathroom & bed. Manager denied refund for remaining 2 nights when we left. Absolutely do not consider this place-it was the most sketchy place ever w/ screeching air unit, old furniture, bad faucet & dirty bathroom

The bathroom was disgusting with mold on the shower and under the toliet rim. I do not consider what they serve as breakfast and neither did any of the other guests since I heard plenty of people talking about it and being disappointed.

Odor, it smelled so bad, we asked for air fresheners and they said they didnt have any. We went to dollar general and got some. There was a leak around the toilet.. no microwave and light switches did not work properly. Worsted hotel we ever stayed

Positives:
The lady let us check-in early which was amazing considering my wife drove all night to get us there. Even offered us breakfast. Conveniently located close to the river and tubing places.
Negatives:
Everything closes early like the stores and restaurants. The pizza place next door is also a bar that gets really rowdy. We sat there from the balcony and watched a group of people coming out drunk, screaming and fighting for the cops to show up and do nothing.
