Extended Stay America Suites - Atlanta - Kennesaw Chastain Rd.

Negatives: As soon as you walk through the door to go to the elevator you can see the filth immediately. You could tell this property is not maintained or care for which is sad. We booked the suite with two beds a sofa and a kitchen . When we got to our room and opened the door, my daughter (15 yrs old) automatically started gagging and crying. I was torn because we cannot afford another hotel after paying for this one and they do not give refunds. I made her go in which made her cry even harder and she said she couldn't help that the spell made her sick. I can't describe the smell but it was Rancid. We used a whole bottle of my 16 year olds AXE body spray as well as some of his very expensive cologne. Unfortunately it didn't make it better but it didn't make it tolerable. Thank goodness the windows opened. After all that the TV did not work it was very glitchy and you could not watch any channel. I would have to say this is the first hotel this has ever happened. Then going through all we went through my kids did not want to get in the bed. And you couldn't really blame them so I had to strip the beds down and check them to make sure they was clean with no bugs. Great news is we didn't see any not in our room anyway. Before any backlash starts. I know every parent says it but I am honestly blessed with two very well behaved and respectful children. They are not spoiled by no means.. They know what it's like to have nothing. We have lived decent places to so.e really really bad places in our past and that doesn't even compare to this or the smell. I have never left bad comments ever. I know in today's times it's very rough getting employees and keeping help but that is still no excuse for the shape this hotel is in. I wish the owners well and I hope they find them some good cleaners soon. Sometimes we need to hear the truth to realize how bad it really is.

Negatives: They did not reserve or provide a room for me when I arrived even though I had a confirmation that there was one

Negatives: There isn’t nothing I didn’t like about the property

Negatives: I have not came across one thing I do not like about this hotel.

Negatives: I like everything

Negatives: They stole objects from the costumer and cover echa other. Be aware and please go somewhere else.

Negatives: the hotel is super terrible. bad service, room not clean, no Tea/Coffee maker, no telephone, no desk, no Hairdryer, and you need to pay to make that only public WIFI connection better. In the room you can hear dogs barking, and the car's engine. The breakfast is for only 2-3 people in a very narrow and limited small public area, and the room key won't work properly.

Negatives: There was bed bugs

Negatives: Everything, nothing worked. I'm a student and couldn't use Internet. It had weak signal. I missed all my school work. The microwave didn't work had to eat cold food. The elevator didn't work. Had to carry multiple bags to the second floor for the time I was there. Hallways smelled like piss. Bed sheets had stains in them. Property would not allow refund. But yet they charge you 70 a night to stay there. It's the worst place I've ever stayed at.

Negatives: Kitchen appliances filthy/didn’t work- room not cleaned after last resident/never inspected- garbage /smell at front door/awful- staff rude/wouldn’t clean room for 4 days/told me to move rooms after 4th day or leave- no automatic doors for disabled/handicapped???-not up to code/ renovate or condemn

Negatives: Felt like I was in a bunker. Old college dorm with beat up furniture and dirty.
