1) Only a waffle-maker for a hot food. Can't call it breakfast without eggs and bacon or sausage. 2) Lobby and public areas need to be cleaned continuously on all shifts. 3) 3 adults in a Q/Q with only 2 bath towels?? Come on, now.

Conveniently located. Ease of checkin.
Negatives:
Walkways & stairs are filthy. Interior of rooms have wall and door scuffs. Musty room smell. Bed mattress had springs that made "bing bong" noises when you sat or laid on it - and definitely not comfortable!
Positives:
Easy to find, attractive, very neat exterior grounds and pool area. The room decor and furnishings very nice & bed slept well.
Negatives:
The bathroom ceiling in the shower had water damage and a small hole that appeared to have been a leak, was yellowed around the area & some minor ceiling debris was in the shower, not much.

The front deck staff were pleasant.
Negatives:
The room was filthy, smelled like smoke which was supposed to be a none smoking room. The linens and bed spread were stained. The air conditioner was dusty and had dried macaroni in it. The towel rack was barely hanging on the wall. There was a hole in the bathroom door and wall. The floor was very dirty!
