Positives:
The room was clean. The refrigerator / freezer was new and adequate . The shower had lots of pressure and hot water.
Negatives:
People smoking weed outside, we had to turn the heat off because the unit was sucking the smell into our room. There were people running up and down the steps all night. Loud fowl language people.

It was awful, one side of the rooms electricity went out so we didn't have a TV, microwave, ot fridge. We called the front office 4 times, they were going to handle it never heard back and when we called again they wouldn't answer. Lobby was locked!!

The bed was very comfortable. TV, AC/Heat, microwave, and fridge all worked well. Room was spacious and clean. Parking was at the door.
Negatives:
Office had no record of my reservation. Thankfully with my record, they gave me a room. Difficult wheelchair access to office area due to raised threshold. Ramp access from parking area to rooms was limited to one small ramp for entire wing of parking. Toilet tissue holder loose from wall + wouldn't hold roll. Towels were obviously well used, with one of the two provided was a very dingy yellow. Soundproofing between rooms is minimal.

When we arrived there was hair all in the beds as well as me and my wife received multiple bed bug bites. There was also a group of rowdy Mexicans that were drunk and kept us up all night we eventually had to call the cops because they were banging on our door. True story will never go back to this specific hotel I hate to make someplace sound bad but I'm being honest.
