The breakfast was ok. Didn’t have a lot of choices. When I called about 5:30pm and told the front desk, we were going to be there at 11 and on the way, he said” I can’t guarantee a room after 11 bc we’re over booked” i kept saying I was coming and reserved the room 2-3 months ago. I don’t think it was right. I understand they want their money but I’m confirming that I was coming. The frame of the mirror fell on my niece, we reported it and we just received an so sorry, nothing was done, it was kind of outdated, and my niece left her personal bag and they made it really difficult to recover, now just hoping that everything is inside of it.
