The location was convenient.
Negatives:
Pool was dirty. Breakfast was burnt every morning, and moldy fruit was consistently sat out for guests. Everything was old with many things broken throughout hotel. We tried to check out after the first night and was told we could not.

The couch was stained, the shower floor was dirty. It looked as though someone had walked in the shower with their shoes on, there were stains on the shower floor. I was able to clean it but I should not have had to do that.

I love the Manager special and the hotel breakfast, the location is near the outlet that I wanted to shop and I always stay at Embassy Suites whenever I tea

I could not cut the shower off, I had to get out of the shower and cut the water completely off. The carpet had a few spots on it also, it needed a deep cleaning

This is the second time weve stayed at this hotel, we were very satisfied with the cleanliness, personnel, location ect. The shopping outlets are across the street, restaurants are everywhere in this location! What more can you ask for!

The staff was VERY friendly! The hotel is located in very close proximity to restaurants, shopping, gas and the Historic Downtown District. They offered a full breakfast and happy hour. We had a great weekend.

My room that I book was ready 2 hours before check in time! granted I didn't get to the hotel until little after four, I didn't have to wait longer for my room to be ready like some hotel's. the young ladies at the desk prior to my checkin is A1!
