Beautiful hotel on the river and easy walk to shops and restaurants. Loved the rooftop pool and bar. Great place to sit for a drink. The room was comfortable and well appointed

Great stop on our vacation....
Positives:
The room was spacious but there was not privacy to the sink in the restroom. I had to get up early for a conference and there was no way to block the lights from the restroom sink to the bedroom. The breakfast was mid-level and basic. The location was pretty good.
Negatives:
We reserved a king suite with a river view for four nights. When we arrived, we were informed that the room we booked would not be available for the first night and that we would have to change rooms after the first night. That was very inconvenient to repack then change rooms. We were also offered free parking because of the inconvenience but after we checked out, the bill still included the parking at $45 per night.

Friendliness of the staff- front desk, valet parking, and breakfast/happy hour- Hotel employee and the other ladies were great! Location is prime and you can't beat the views and atmosphere from the rooftop deck. We'll be back for sure!
Negatives:
The hotel changed our reservation to a smaller room and we didn't have enough beds for our group. Took over an hour for a rollaway bed. And they did nothing to correct their mistake.

I loved how close we were to river street. The roof top was amazing the drinks good and overall experience. The pool was amazing it was warm and the lights and heaters were a plus in my book. They had live music and they play requested songs. What a great experience. The free breakfast was pleasant and the best I have had.
Negatives:
Some of the amenities in the room didn’t work such as the fan some of the lights. The cable had limited channels and no smart television so no streaming your favorite shows. We didn’t know how to get to it and there was no instruction on how or where to park. Find out it was forty five dollars a night to valet park.
