The hotel was located close to the hospital my mother was admitted

This hotel was was not clean, not safe, door to the my room was not secure, the floors were dirty, curtains were dirty and bathroom was filthy, the linen was unacceptable

The room had no furniture. The bed was hard the sheets and towels looked dirty and the pillows were old small and flat. The room was too big to only have a bed. No chair or couch just the bed to sit in. The comforter was thin with cigarette burns.

I didn't like the hotel at all. I will never go back. The pictures are a scam to get people to come. The rooms look nothing like the pictures.

My linen was filthy, refrigerator was nasty, with a pool of water at the bottom. Floor was not clean. Telephone was not working, TV was just shows, no real news. I had to call several times for service.. staff ok, smoking was all over, worse exp.
