Positives:
nothing, other than it being very close to the airport
Negatives:
• we only booked this hotel to get some sleep during a short layover but it was impossible to sleep there for various reasons so it was a complete waste of money
• the horrendously loud aircon from the 60s that made an insane amount of noise, waking us up every 5 minutes or so
• no sound insulation - it was like we were trying to sleep on the highway itself
• uncomfortable, bouncy mattress
• we were unable to get any food while we were there - we stayed there during a layover and nothing was available when we arrived after 10pm at night & although our room rate included breakfast, we left before it started and no packed option was available
• tired old room
• vague instructions about airport pick-up which was needlessly complicated

the worst hotel we’ve ever...
Positives:
Comfortable rooms. Previous night stayed at a hotel charging $1000/night, and room was less spacious, but as comfortable, and services were better.
Negatives:
Situated on very busy highway. Street noise level high.

Improved food quality for breakfast. Substantial over previous years.
Bus shuttle to & from the airport included in the price of the hotel.
Negatives:
Price amount for early check-in & late check-out. Should be based per hour rather than flat rate.
Early check-in & out is based on availability unless previously arranged with the hotel.
Shuttle bus timing is now every hour whereas it was every 1/2 hour in previous years.
