Positives:
The location which was close to airport.
Negatives:
The ground floor had no elevator access and had to carry luggage down 2 flights. The room was musty and the carpet stained. Our first night while sleeping there was water leaking from the ceiling. Maintenance person came and said we needed to change rooms. We were “Updated to room with partial ocean view”. We had to pack and move our luggage. Went from a king size bed to 2 queens. This room was smaller. We were actually charged for the up grade and I had to ask for compensation for the inconvenience and all the gave us was the difference in the upgrade price.Very disappointed In this Hilton.

Negatives:
The towel card trade in situation was inconvenient and reminded me I chose the budget friendly stay. The rooms and floors are wall to wall carpet and smell of mildew. The water did not work for at least 40 mins one day. The parking lot is full of very large and treacherous potholes. Most of the jets in the Jacuzzi do not work. This wasn't my best hotel experience but not the worst. It's a solid C.
