I had a terrible experience with the guests above me. Stomping and yelling at 3am. Went to the front desk for assistance and waited 20 minutes and no one came.

I was so disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. We splurged a bit and got the deluxe room with a tub. Our room smelled like dogs and the tub had chunks of hair over the filter. Every furniture surface had stains. It was gross.

The room had no heat. I checked in, then visited with family. When I returned, it was late, and I didnt want to change rooms. When I noted the problem, I expected to be offered a discount or be comped an evening. However, nothing was offered.

The Family King suite is perfect for us. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We loved the pool, the business center, and the fitness room.

The breakfast was great overall, but there were a couple of hot items that had been re-warmed from at least 3 days. Easy fix, and I hope you they do remedy that practice. (The stalest tater tot I have ever eaten. It looked great, but it was startling.)
