Negatives:
The heat was blazing, and they said they couldn't turn it off. There are tons of sketchy people out front and in the parking lot. We had to go back to the front desk 3 times because our keys wouldn't work and the 3rd floor stinks.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Loved the pillows! bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful

needs more lighting in lobby, DRAB , dreary. Hallways were very dirty, it wouldn't be hard to have housekeepers vaccum the hallways in front of the rooms they are cleaning. 1st impressions are everything. The room doors are very scuffed up, touching them up with a product that hides the scratches, dings etc. would help. Also the screws are coming out of the security lock on the door. Overall I didn't expect much for $74 a night. Restaurant was never open while I was there, maybe its closed for good.

Convenient location makes it easy to access dining options. It is more affordable than hotels located closer to the heart of downtown.
Negatives:
The television didn't work. The walls are thin or poorly insulated so it was very loud into the night. The workout room was not clean and the equipment was not well maintained.

Location was good. Base price was good bit after fees it was almost double the price.

It was not very clean. It had a wires smell. Breakfast was extra and the selection was not worth the $7.00 a person
