Very rude desk clerk when we checked in. Refused to let me use a bathroom until I got to room on third floor even though I told him I could not wait! Ended up wetting myself. I am 69 years old and going up to the 3rd floor ( by the way, this motel does not have an elevator was very difficult as I have a very bad back. Was told to find another motel if I don’t like it!! Will never stay here again. Asked the desk clerk in the morning to have the manager call me after I explained what happened. Never heard from anyone!!!
