None of the rooms are pet free. I have severe allergies and the staff said they deep clean. Changing linens, vacuuming and wiping counters is not deep cleaning. Pet dander is dead skin cells that are very light and stick to walls, ceiling, and get into mattress and pillows. I could not sleep due to the animal dander triggering my allergies.

Dirty and old. I paid extra for a cot and the mattress was horrible could count the springs. When I addressed the issue I was told they couldnt do anything about it

Our van drug in the parking in front of our room, the front lobby gal gave us the wrong room number, so of course the keys wouldn't work and we had to drive all the way back around and have her change it. No coffee in the room.

The hot tub had a bunch of soap or cleaning agents in it. The road to turn on to get to the hotel has a bunch of holes in it and is not well lit
