Management is not having any clue on the bookings..simply selling the rooms to outsiders or to an adhoc customer and later telling the original customer that the rooms are booked.

Good location across from the Pace bus that takes you to Rosemont and the CTA Blue Line. Excellent access to Mitsuwa Marketplace and two gas stations for food. Staff was friendly.
Negatives:
room reeked of cigarettes despite being a non smoking room. made all clothes and luggage smell like cigarette smoke for days after checking out.

They book single women travelers in the furthest darkest corners of the property upstairs to carry large luggage alone with no assistance & no elevator. People are selling drugs & sex outside of the motel Throughout the day & night.
