Our first night we experienced cold room. The heating system in the room was not working properly. On the second day complaint was made and we were moved to another room. The first room should have been ready before we arrived.

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE ADVERTISEMENT OF A BAR & Restaurant( NOT OPEN~NO BARTENDER ON STAFF), breakfast was the only meal offered AND THE GRILL OR FIRE PIT WAS NOT OPERABLE.

Pool room was well above 80 degrees, atrium door on the outside leading to the pool was not accessible with the key card, and there were lots of gnats outside. The staff was not particularly accommodating or hospitable on any shift.

Stayed Thursday to the following Monday - NOT ONCE DID WE GET ANY CLEANING SERVICES. NO TOWELS, BED CLEANED OR MADE, NO .. NO TOLIET PAPER. EACH TIME WE HAD TO GO AND ASK THE FRONT DESK AT NIGHT TO GET MORE. AND THEY WERE ALWAYS BUSY. JUST okay for breakfast - one morning the staff said they were to tired to make EGGS!!! OMG
